Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamicHR Business Partner (HRBP)to join our People & Culture team. This role will involve managing a team of HRBPs while being a strategic partner to the business. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, be data-driven, and play a critical role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to enhance organizational performance and culture at CARS24.
What will you drive
- Business Partnership:Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR support and driving people strategies to enable business success.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Present actionable insights to business leaders to inform decision-making.
- Employee Relations:Oversee employee relations and ensure issues are addressed promptly and effectively, fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management:Drive the implementation of performance management processes, ensuring timely appraisals, feedback, and developmental plans for team members.
- Talent Management & Development:Partner with the business to identify talent gaps, plan succession, and create initiatives to retain and develop key talent within the organization.
- Employee Engagement:Design and implement initiatives like wellness programs, town halls, and team-building activities to boost morale and foster a positive culture. Actively gather and address employee feedback through surveys and discussions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Reward & Recognition:Develop and execute creative, inclusive recognition programs to celebrate achievements and inspire high performance. Ensure transparency and fairness in rewards while monitoring their effectiveness to enhance motivation and retention.
- Change Management:Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and managing employee communication and engagement during periods of change.
- Compliance:Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements, managing risk and resolving employee issues with fair practices.
Who are we looking for
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partnering role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience managing a team is required.
- Strong with Data: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage HR metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand business operations and align HR strategies to meet business objectives.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve complex employee issues quickly and effectively.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
