Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager with 610+ years of experience to lead and evolve our people practices as we scale. This role will play a key part in driving recruitment, performance, engagement, and organizational development initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in modern HR, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end hiring strategy and delivery across internal and client-facing roles
  • Develop and refine HR policies, frameworks, and systems that scale with the organization
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement, and performance management
  • Coach and support team leads on people issues, feedback, and team development
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, values alignment, and employee well-being
  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR documentation, including contracts, records, and trackers
  • Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and process improvements
  • Stay informed about HR trends, employment law, and best practices to guide company policy

Required Qualifications

  • 610+ years of experience in HR roles with increasing responsibility, ideally in startup or product-driven companies
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee experience, and HR process design
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic HR thinking with hands-on operational work
  • Experience supporting remote or distributed teams is preferred
  • Highly organized, trustworthy, and adaptable to evolving priorities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and modern HR tools
