Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Manager Enterprise Sales to support the CEO in closing high-value SaaS deals within the Construction Technology (Con-Tech) sector. This role will lead enterprise-level negotiations, manage strategic follow-ups, and maintain strong prospect engagement through product demos and tailored proposals. The ideal candidate brings strong consultative selling skills, enterprise deal exposure, and experience in SaaS sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO to drive enterprise SaaS deal closures in the Con-Tech market
- Lead and manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from initial engagement to contract closure
- Conduct product demos, solution walkthroughs, and executive-level presentations
- Develop and present customized proposals, pricing models, and commercial terms
- Lead negotiations with CXOs, procurement, and decision-making stakeholders
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to advance deals and ensure pipeline momentum
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients and strategic accounts
- Track sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline using CRM tools
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and deal feedback to leadership
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales / B2B SaaS Sales
- Proven experience handling large-ticket, complex enterprise deals
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working closely with senior leadership or founders
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and closing abilities
- MBA (Sales, Marketing, Strategy, or related field) Mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Construction Technology (Con-Tech) SaaS sales
- Exposure to selling solutions for construction, infrastructure, real estate, or engineering sectors
- Experience selling to large enterprises, EPCs, developers, or infrastructure firms
