Job Description

We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth in international markets and will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and executing strategies to expand our global presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive international business growth in targeted markets.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align international business initiatives with overall company goals.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with international clients and partners.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in international business development or related field.
  • Strong understanding of global markets and international trade regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across cultures.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing partnerships.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
