Description:
Experience in Softgel manufacturing and packing at least 20 yrs.
Minimum 10 years in USFDA/MHRA/TGA approved company holding a managerial position.
Fluent in grammatically correct written and spoken English.
Excellent knowledge in Change Control / CAPA, Investigation, SOP/BMR/BPR preparation.
Fluent with SAP system (Production Entry, Purchase requisition, Service requisition, Service entry, returnable and non returnable Gate pass, BOM - Recipe etc.).
Should be well versed with the trouble shooting of manufacturing/packing equipment.
Should have handled 21 CFR compliant equipment.
Should be handling a team of 100 Plus in High Volume environment.
Should be capable of handling shop floor disputes.
Should be capable of acquiring and reporting information in real time.
Should have good decision making and execution capability.
Should have capability and micro planning shift wise and monitoring of the shift wise plan.
