The ERP/S4 SAP Developer will work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements for new or modified functionality. The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and configuring SAP solutions that improve business efficiency and support enterprise processes. The candidate will also contribute to system enhancements, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical partners to gather and analyze requirements for new or changed functionality.
- Identify opportunities for new functionalities to enhance efficiency and cost savings.
- Design, develop, and configure SAP processes in alignment with business needs.
- Conduct regression and integration testing and ensure end-to-end process validation.
- Assist in the development, configuration, and testing of new functionality as requested by the business.
- Provide knowledge sharing and guidance on process improvements, system enhancements, and new functionality.
- Coordinate with IT colleagues on continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Experience Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ERP and S/4HANA systems.
- Proven experience in configuration, development, testing, and documentation of ERP processes.
- Familiarity with end-to-end SAP development lifecycle including regression and integration testing.
