Roles And Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient dispatch of goods to customers on time.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to logistics, transportation, and customer service.
Job Requirements
12-20 years of experience in Pharma industry in warehouse and inventory or similar role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including Raw materials ,finished products , intermediates , solvents and dispatch processes and procedures.
Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships and resolving conflicts effectively.
Strong knowledge on QMS and safety . Technical knowledge on Investigations CAPA . Strong exposure to regulatory and customer audits.
SAP and S4 HANA knowledge , WMS, raw material receipt and Issuance .
Ability to handle the team and equivalent role of warehouse lead
