Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Manager for our DigiClinic and Digital Health vertical to drive Mobilab's adoption across digital health platforms, telemedicine networks, and tech-enabled primary care ecosystems. This role requires a blend of healthcare domain knowledge, B2B sales expertise, and deep understanding of technology-driven care delivery models.

Salary:- up to 9LPA

Experience:- 2 to 5Yrs

Working Days:- 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Location:- Noida

Qualifications

• Lead business development initiatives for Mobilab across DigiClinics, diagnostic chains, teleconsultation platforms, and digital health ecosystems
• Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners including:

o Digital clinic chains

o Insurance companies

o Health-tech platforms

o Corporate healthcare providers

• Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline, with a focus on expanding into Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets
• Design and propose integrated digital healthcare solutions, positioning Mobilab as a one-stop diagnostic solution within digital clinic models
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure:

o API integrations

o EMR/EHR compatibility

o Seamless data flow within partner ecosystems

• Develop and manage channel partners and distributor networks within the digital health and wellness segment
• Track and report key performance metrics including:

o Revenue generated

o Clients onboarded

o Devices deployed

o Number of tests conducted

• Represent Mobilab at health-tech events, corporate wellness forums, and industry conferences
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop:

o Targeted campaigns

o Case studies

o Segment-specific communication strategies
