Job Description – Manager- Corporate Sales

What we are looking for in a candidate:
Job Description :
Ø We are looking for outgoing and dedicated Sales Professionals who are experienced in handling corporate accounts only with exposure towards general insurance sales.
Ø Proactively generate leads through various sources, including cold calls, networking and referrals.
Ø Driving sales through direct acquisitions of Corporates & driving new business with new and existing clients
Ø Responsible to achieve the corporate sales and broking budget allocated to the region.
Ø Conduct regular local campaign and competitions to develop channel and business.
Ø Take new initiatives in developing new channels to develop business.
Ø Responsible for managing a team of sales professionals driving business growth, developing and implementing sales plans, strategies, and building and maintaining customer relationships
ØNetwork and engage with CEO/MD and other key decision-makers in the company.
Duties And Responsibilities
Ø Acquisition of New Business
Ø Research and source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them.
Ø Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss insurance products.
Ø Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
Ø Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients.
Ø Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain benefits and risks of the policy.
Ø Re-assess the policy needs of existing clients after life-changing events.
Ø Fill-out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records and prepare reports.
Ø Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices.
Sales Professional Requirements
Ø 3+ years of previous working experience in Insurance Broking .
Ø Any Bachelors /Master's Degree (Full Time )
