Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Corporate Sales Manager to drive strategic partnerships with organizations and position Anvayaa's employee family-care solutions as a valuable employee benefit. This role requires strong consultative selling, relationship management, and enterprise account acquisition capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive B2B corporate sales by acquiring new enterprise clients across industries.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Engage with HR leaders, CXOs, Admin heads, and Benefits teams to understand organizational needs and position relevant solutions.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → meetings → proposal → negotiation → closure → onboarding.
• Develop account-based selling strategies (ABM) for key target organizations.
• Build strategic partnerships with consultants, channel partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams for customized proposals and seamless implementation.
• Maintain strong post-sale relationships for renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and partnership targets.
