Opportunity for Manager – Corporate Communication, Employer Branding & CSR (India)
Overview: Drive corporate communication, branding, and CSR across Company India, acting as the single point of contact for internal and external initiatives in close coordination with global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication & branding strategies (internal/external, digital & non-digital).
- Enhance leadership visibility across trade bodies and social media.
- Manage corporate website, intranet, events, media relations, and town halls.
- Lead CSR strategy, partnerships, compliance, and board updates.
- Partner with Employee Resource Groups on communication and CSR initiatives.
- Publish monthly India business updates with leadership and ERG inputs.
Profile:
- Master's in Mass Communication/PR or related field.
- 10+ years in manufacturing/related industries leading communication, branding & CSR.
- Strong industry network, project management, and social media expertise.
- Excellent written & spoken English (local languages preferred).
- Independent, organized, and adaptable in a matrix environment.
