Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in multi-market execution, particularly within the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digitalization and operational efficiency initiatives, with a proven track record of managing complex projects across various markets. This role requires exceptional TA-Stakeholder management skills and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMS), Contact Center (CC) operations, and Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multi-market projects focused on digitalization and operational efficiency within the insurance industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Utilize CRMS, CC, and Salesforce tools to enhance project execution and reporting.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven project management experience, particularly in the insurance sector.
- Strong multi-market execution experience.
- Expertise in digitalization initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
- Proficient in CRMS, CC, and Salesforce.
- Exceptional TA-Stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with PACS (Policy Administration and Claims Systems), PAMB (Policy Administration Management Business), and PBTB (Policy Based Transactional Business).
- Experience in leading teams in a multi-market environment.
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
