• Lead and manage IT infrastructure and networking-related projects end-to-end
• Oversee SDLC lifecycle including planning, execution, testing, and deployment phases
• Manage end-to-end release process ensuring smooth production deployment
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for requirement gathering and delivery updates
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, SLAs, and quality standards
• Act as a single point of contact for client communication and escalation handling
• Monitor project progress and ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams such as DBA and system administrators
• Support ITIL-based process implementation and service management practices
