What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Mission)
- Own and grow our online student & mentor community across platforms (Online Students Community, Telegram, you name it).
- Spark authentic conversations, moderate discussions, and keep the vibe positive and helpful.
- Work with marketing & content teams to roll out campaigns, contests, webinars, and cool community events.
- Gather user feedback, share it with product and counselling teams, and be the voice of our users inside the company.
- Track community health metrics engagement, growth, retention and optimize like a boss.
- Handle community crises or conflict with calm, clarity, and a dash of humor.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of student trends, pain points, and fresh ideas for value-add engagement.
What We Want From You
- Proven experience managing online communities, preferably in edtech, education, or youth-focused brands.
- Killer communication skills written and verbal that connect with Gen Z and millennials.
- Familiarity with popular social platforms & community tools (Discord, Telegram, Slack, etc.).
- Analytical mindset comfortable tracking KPIs and using data to guide strategies.
- Empathy and patience to support students and mentors through their journeys.
- Self-starter with a hustle attitude you see what needs doing and just do it.
- Bonus points if you know something about online education or career counselling.
