Job Title: Manager - Business Development, Executive Education
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager - Business Development to lead the growth and expansion of our Executive Education programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to increase revenue, build strong relationships with corporate clients, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Executive Education programs, including corporate training, customized programs, and open enrollment courses.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients to understand their learning and development needs.
3. Program Development: Collaborate with faculty and program teams to design and develop new Executive Education programs that meet the needs of corporate clients.
4. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Executive Education programs, including digital marketing, social media, and event planning.
5. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow the Executive Education business.
6. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging needs in executive education.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the education or corporate training industry.
2. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of executive education, corporate training, and adult learning principles.
4. Network: Established network of contacts in the corporate and education sectors.
