5 days a week

We're hiring a Trainee to support our management team in the smooth running of daily operations. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants to learn the fundamentals of how teams and processes are managed.

The role involves coordinating between departments, maintaining records and trackers, scheduling meetings, preparing summaries and reports, and supporting managers with planning and follow-ups. You'll help keep work organised and ensure tasks move forward on time. Over time, you'll take on more responsibility as you grow into the role.

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline, good communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and basic comfort with Excel and documentation. We welcome freshers who are dependable, willing to learn, and ready to take initiative.
