Management Trainee – Influencer Marketing

Qoruz is looking for a passionate and trend-savvy Management Trainee – Influencer Marketing to join our growing team. If you're excited about social media, creators, brand campaigns, and digital culture, this role will give you hands-on exposure to the fast-growing creator economy.
Training & Growth
- Initial training period of 3–6 months
- Monthly stipend of 15,000 during the training period
- Based on performance, candidates will be promoted to the role of Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist with a CTC hike after successful completion of training
What You'll Do
- Assist in identifying and onboarding relevant influencers across platforms
- Support end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with creators for content timelines, approvals, and deliverables
- Help track campaign performance and maintain reports
- Research social media trends, viral content, and emerging creators
- Work closely with internal teams including strategy, content, and sales
- Maintain campaign data and creator databases
What We're Looking For
- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing
- Strong interest in social media, creators, and online trends
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn ecosystems
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup environment
- Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel is a plus
