About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join Jainam. You will work as extended support to the core marketing team, gaining hands-on exposure across multiple marketing functions and contributing to impactful campaigns in a digital-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team on ongoing campaigns and projects.
• Help plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media, emailers, and paid campaigns.
• Manage marketing calendars, track deadlines, and follow up on deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies or vendors for smooth execution.
• Support content creation by drafting copies, coordinating creatives, and managing approvals.
• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly reports and dashboards.
• Conduct competitor research and share market intelligence with the team.
• Assist in organising webinars, events, and product launch activities.
• Maintain and update marketing trackers, MIS, and related documentation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed an MBA or a degree in Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, curious, and eager to learn.
• Able to multitask, stay organised, and meet deadlines without close supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to a wide range of marketing functions.
