Job Description

Must have strong working experience (7+ years) in:

JCL
COBOL
DB2
CICS
Hands-on experience in CICS is mandatory
Prior experience with NatWest is preferred
Should have experience in analyzing, debugging, and resolving production issues
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Experience in performance tuning and code optimization in mainframe applications
Knowledge of batch and online processing
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
Should have experience in code review and mentoring junior developers
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in sprint-based delivery
Good communication and client interaction skills
