Job Description

7–10 years of proven experience as a Mainframe Designer/Developer
Involved in all phases of the SDLC including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment
Strong development skills in COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and Endevor
Analyze and solve complex technical problems efficiently
Understand and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
Work in Agile/Scrum development environments
Collaborate and communicate effectively with Clients, SMEs, and Business Associates
Contribute to design discussions and assist team members in implementation
Domain knowledge in banking is an added advantage
