Job Description:
- Recent Hands-on Experience in CICS Coding
- Maintenance / Enhancements in CICS Can be considered
- Development and maintenance of mainframe applications using IBM Mainframe Utilities, DB2, CICS, VSAM, JCL, and COBOL. CICS hands on experience is mandatory
- Oversee the integration of Microsoft GitHub Copilot to enhance coding efficiency and collaboration.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices are followed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements
- Ensure the reliability and performance of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and scalability
