We are seeking a qualified M.B.B.S. doctor to join our Occupational Health Center (OHC) in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience in the field and will be responsible for providing comprehensive health services to our employees, ensuring their well-being and compliance with occupational health standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct medical examinations and assessments for employees in the Occupational Health Center (OHC).
- Provide medical advice and treatment to employees for work-related health issues.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patients.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure a healthy work environment.
- Participate in health promotion and wellness programs within the organization.
- Conduct pre-employment medical checks and fitness assessments.
Skills and Qualifications
- M.B.B.S. degree from a recognized institution.
- 2-10 years of experience in a clinical or occupational health setting.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations and practices in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records systems.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
