Role Overview:
We're looking for a detail-driven Data Coordinator with strong Excel skills and a head for numbers to support project, financial, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and can handle structured data, documentation, and coordination in a fast-paced design environment. Legal/documentation exposure is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project data and timelines using Excel (advanced formulas)
- Handle administrative tasks: documentation, filing, coordination, and correspondence
- Support management, compliance documentation, and record-keeping
- Maintain accuracy of project-related data
- Coordinate with law firm and internally with teams on gathering required data
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in data roles (architecture, construction, or similar preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong numerical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Good to Have:
- Exposure to contracts, legal documentation, or compliance processes
- Familiarity with project-based environments (architecture/engineering firms)
Salary Range:
- Will depend on the candidate but we can look up to 50K
