Job Description

Role Overview:

We're looking for a detail-driven Data Coordinator with strong Excel skills and a head for numbers to support project, financial, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and can handle structured data, documentation, and coordination in a fast-paced design environment. Legal/documentation exposure is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project data and timelines using Excel (advanced formulas)
  • Handle administrative tasks: documentation, filing, coordination, and correspondence
  • Support management, compliance documentation, and record-keeping
  • Maintain accuracy of project-related data
  • Coordinate with law firm and internally with teams on gathering required data

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in data roles (architecture, construction, or similar preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong numerical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to contracts, legal documentation, or compliance processes
  • Familiarity with project-based environments (architecture/engineering firms)

Salary Range:

  • Will depend on the candidate but we can look up to 50K
