Job For Consultant Anaesthetist in Reputed Hospital

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients preoperatively and determine appropriate anesthesia plans
• Administer general, regional, or local anesthesia as per clinical requirements
• Monitor patient vitals and manage anesthesia-related complications intraoperatively
• Provide post-operative care and pain management
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and other specialists to ensure safe patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed anesthesia records and documentation
• Participate in ICU, emergency care, and code blue situations when required
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and medical protocols
• Mentor junior medical staff and participate in clinical audits or CMEs

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: MBBS with MD/DNB/Diploma in Anaesthesiology from a recognized institution
• Experience: 3 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in anesthesia practice in reputed hospitals
• Valid registration with Medical Council
