Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Logistics & Supply Chain Expert to join our founding team at a CXO level. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in zero-to-one building, is ready to work on-ground, and can design, build, and scale a complete logistics operation from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage end-to-end logistics operations for pharma & medical equipment eCommerce

• Set up and scale an in-house logistics team and hierarchy structure

• Establish partnerships with logistics providers such as Shiprocket, DHL and other aggregators

• Design efficient last-mile, warehousing, and fulfillment strategies

• Optimize delivery timelines, costs, and service quality

• Handle ground operations, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting

• Collaborate directly with founders and CXO team on strategy and execution

• Build SOPs, dashboards, and performance metrics for logistics operations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce operations

• Strong experience in third-party logistics tie-ups (e.g., Shiprocket, DHL, FedEx, etc.)

• Proven ability to build and manage logistics teams from scratch

• Experience in pharma or medical equipment distribution (preferred)

• Strong leadership mindset with team-building and execution capability

• Willingness to work on-ground and solve real operational challenges
