Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sample control and file maintenance, ensuring timely follow-up to meet Turnaround Time (TAT) requirements.
• Maintain strong coordination and communication with external clients, sales teams, and laboratory teams.
• Efficiently address and resolve all queries from clients and vendors.
• Manage new vendor onboarding to reduce hold times and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain all quality records generated during the testing and certification process.
• Ensure confidentiality of all information obtained during employment.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA, preferably with experience in the textile industry.

Additional Information

• Compensation: INR 3 - 8 LPA (based on current experience and qualifications).
