Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Logistics Executive to manage and optimize logistics and supply chain operations. The role involves coordinating the efficient collection and delivery of materials, communicating with clients and partners, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and maintaining inventory records. The position is on-site and based in New Delhi, with opportunities to contribute to a sustainable and forward-thinking organization.
Key roles
Site Coordination
- Communicating with Client executives for pickup scheduling
- Confirming material readiness before sending transport
- Managing gate passes and documentation at site
Transport Arrangement
- Identifying and arranging suitable vehicles (truck, pickup, container etc.)
- Coordinating with transporters across different states
- Ensuring availability of vehicles in remote locations
Material Verification
- Checking material type, quantity, and condition before loading
- Matching with quotation, work order, or pickup request
- Avoiding shortages or wrong material loading
Loading Supervision
- Supervising loading process
- Ensuring proper packing, dismantling, or segregation if required
- Taking photos/videos as proof of lifting
Documentation Handling
- Gate pass, delivery challan, e-way bill, invoice or lifting slip
- Ensuring documents are collected before vehicle dispatch
Transit Monitoring
- Tracking vehicle movement across states
- Handling delays, breakdowns, or border issues
- Coordinating with transporter until material reaches destination
Issue Resolution
- Material shortage at site
- Transport reaching but material not ready
- Wrong material mix (e.g., plastic mixed with cable scrap)
- Site entry restrictions or timing issues
PAN India Network Management
- Working with local vendors, transporters, and site teams in multiple states
- Managing pickups simultaneously in different locations
- Planning routes to reduce transport cost and delays
Practical Challenges in PAN India Pickup
- Material not ready when transport reaches site
- Shortage of material compared to committed quantity
- Documentation delays
- Transport cost due to empty return
- Coordination between client, transporter, and field team

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree inLogistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 13 years of experienceinlogistics, supply chain, or dispatch operations (freshers with strong coordination skills may apply)
- Basic knowledge oftransport documentation and dispatch processes
- ProficiencyinMS Excel and reporting tools
