Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Executive at Panicle Worldwide GI, located in New Delhi. The Logistics Executive will oversee supply chain and logistics operations, coordinate shipments, manage inventories, maintain relationships with transport providers, and optimize distribution processes. They will also address customer service requests and collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure timely execution of orders while meeting quality standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to handle operations and ensure timely distribution.
- Strong skills in Customer Service and effective communication to manage client relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
- Sales and negotiation skills to liaise with vendors and stakeholders to secure value-driven supply chain solutions.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and basic knowledge of import-export regulations is preferred.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
