This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator located in Gurgaon. The Logistics Coordinator will manage day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, monitoring freight schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries. Responsibilities include liaising with carriers and shippers, managing transportation documents, maintaining shipment records, and resolving delivery issues. The individual will also analyze logistics costs, optimize shipping routes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in logistics coordination, shipment planning, and supply chain management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for collaborating with carriers and shippers
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling shipment documentation and resolving issues
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills to optimize transportation routes and reduce logistics costs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience with logistics management software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or a related field is advantageous
