Supply Chain Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Manager based in Mumbai. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing demand planning, supply chain operations, procurement, inventory management, and supply management processes. The role will include coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain efficient operations, meeting production and delivery goals while optimizing costs. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying process improvements and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

• Proficiency in Demand Planning, with the ability to forecast and predict supply and demand trends effectively.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
• Expertise in Supply Management and Procurement, ensuring timely and cost-efficient acquisition of materials.
• Experience in Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure smooth operations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
• Knowledge of supply chain software and tools is an advantage.
