About The Role
We're looking for someone who has actually built and executed LinkedIn lead generation systems, not just posted content.
If you've worked in an agency environment and have hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay & Sales Navigator, this role will feel very natural to you.
This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role directly impacting leads and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and run end-to-end LinkedIn outbound systems
- Execute connection flows, DMs, and follow-up sequences
- Use Apollo, Clay & Sales Navigator for list building & targeting
- Define and refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
- Write high-converting outreach messages
- Track and optimize reply rates, conversions & lead quality
- Continuously test and improve campaigns
Must Have Requirements
- 1–4 years of hands-on LinkedIn lead generation experience (mandatory)
- Must have worked in a marketing / growth agency
- Proven experience in B2B outbound campaigns
- Hands-on with 1. Apollo 2. Clay 3. LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to build and manage outreach workflows independently
- Strong understanding of targeting, personalization & messaging
Compensation
₹4 – ₹8 LPA (based on experience)
