About the Role

We are a growth marketing agency focused on building scalable systems that drive measurable business outcomes.

At Click2Result, we work with international clients across the US, Canada, and Western Europe, helping them grow through high-performance advertising and strategic execution. Having built a strong foundation in paid media, we are now entering the next phase of our growth — developing a scalable, high-quality B2B lead generation engine on LinkedIn.

This is not a maintenance role. We are not looking for someone to simply run campaigns. We are building this function from the ground up and need someone who takes ownership, experiments, and builds systems that consistently generate qualified pipeline.

Role Overview

  • This role is for someone who can go beyond basic outreach.
  • You will be responsible for building and optimizing a LinkedIn-based lead generation system from the ground up. This includes targeting, messaging, sequencing, testing, and performance improvement.
  • If your approach is limited to sending connection requests and hoping for replies, this role will not be a fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute LinkedIn lead generation systems end-to-end
  • Design outreach strategies including messaging angles, sequences, and follow-ups
  • Identify and refine ICPs and audience segments
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Lemlist, or similar platforms
  • Track key metrics (reply rates, conversions, SQLs) and improve performance consistently
  • Run structured experiments to optimize outreach performance
  • Create repeatable workflows that can scale reliably

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation or outbound outreach
  • Proven ability to generate SQLs and improve campaign performance
  • Strong understanding of personalized outreach, deliverability, and anti-spam practices
  • Experience with outreach tools and automation platforms
  • Ability to think in systems, not just individual campaigns
  • Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
  • Clear and concise communication in English

This Role Is Not For You If

  • You rely on generic templates without testing or iteration
  • You focus only on activity (messages sent) instead of outcomes (pipeline generated)
  • You require constant direction to execute
  • You are not comfortable being measured on results

Good to Have

  • Experience working with marketing or advertising agencies
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management workflows

Compensation

Base Salary:

  • $450 per month

Performance Pay:

  • $30 per SQL (Sales Qualified Lead)
  • Monthly target: 5 SQLs

Additional Incentive:

  • $75 one-time payment for each new ICP or audience segment created

Monthly Bonus:

  • Below target: No bonus
  • On target: $50
  • Above target: $100

Additional Details

  • All tools provided (Sales Navigator, Clay, Lemlist)
  • Bonuses paid monthly based on verified SQLs only
  • Salary review every 6 months based on performance
  • Career progression: Mid-Level → Senior → Team Lead
