Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Salesperson at LIC. The individual will be responsible for selling life insurance policies, building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. The role involves managing client portfolios, educating customers about insurance products, and maintaining excellent client communication to ensure long-term satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and close deals effectively
- Knowledge of Insurance Products and Financial Planning to provide appropriate solutions to clients
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Relationship-Building skills
- Self-motivated, Goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Basic understanding of Market Trends and Financial Management
- Professional presentation and organizational skills
- Valid life insurance sales license or certification
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is a plus
- Fluency in regional languages and familiarity with local markets is an advantage
