Job Description:
We're hiring Customer Service Advisors for our US E-Commerce process! As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll handle inbound customer calls, process orders, and provide excellent customer service to our US clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle 40-50 inbound customer calls per day
- Assist customers with order-related queries, cancellations, refunds, and more
- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic customer support
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain high-quality service standards
Requirements:
- Any Grad/UG with good communication skills (Undergraduates must have at least 6 months international BPO experience)
- Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills in English are also welcome to apply
- Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotational shifts
What We Offer:
- Salary: Up to 35,000 CTC
- 5.5 days working week with rotational shifts & offs
