Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Manager located in Bengaluru. The Legal Manager will be responsible for handling legal affairs, advising on compliance matters, preparing legal documents, and providing legal consultation to internal and external stakeholders. They will oversee legal operations, ensure adherence to applicable laws, and contribute to the development of efficient legal processes within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and demonstrated expertise in Crminal Law
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and management
• Proficiency in Legal Consulting and advising on legal matters
• Understanding of Legal Compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Skills in managing Legal Affairs and handling contracts, disputes, and risk mitigation
• Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; additional certifications in corporate or business law are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in the financial, banking, or technology sectors is an advantage
• Should be fluent with Kannada
