This legal role is responsible for ensuring that all legal and commercial matters related to the CPaaS, RCS, Voice and WhatsApp services business are handled in a swift, efficient, compliant, and costeffective manner for the assigned region.
Provide endtoend legal support for the CPaaS, RCS, and WhatsApp services business, including contracting, risk assessment, and deal execution.
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline legal processes, improve turnaround time, and enhance legal support efficiency.
Support legal documentation, approvals, and adherence to internal policies and statutory requirements.
Manage bid and auction processes including:
Reviewing and vetting RFPs/RFQs
Negotiation and finalization of transaction documentation
Execution and registration of agreements, deeds, and ancillary documents in compliance with applicable laws.
Strong understanding of commercial contracts, pricing models, and legal risk assessment.
Knowledge of Data, Voice, CPaaS, RCS, and Managed Services business models is highly desirable.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to telecom and digital messaging services.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a strategic approach to legal support.
Ability to work on multiple complex transactions in a fastpaced environment.
