Role: Legal Business Analyst / Project Manager
Location: Bengaluru
Contract: 12+ months (extendable)
Notice Period: Immediate 15 days
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document legal business requirements.
- Create process flows, workflows, BRD/FRD, and user stories.
- Support legal tech areas: workflow, DMS, knowledge hub, policy & approvals, investigations, analytics.
- Work with Legal, Tech, and global teams to design future processes.
- Support solution evaluation, configuration, and testing (including AI tools).
- Maintain documentation, traceability, and support UAT.
- Assist with training and change management activities.
Required Skills
- Experience as BA in Legal / Legal Ops / Compliance domain.
- Knowledge of legal workflows and document management systems.
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
- Exposure to legal tech, automation, or AI is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
