Job Description

An ideal candidate would:

Support work relating to DRHP preparation, disclosures, and associated documentation for capital‑raising processes.
Assist with preparation, review, and maintenance of board resolutions, notices, minutes, and corporate records across multiple group entities.
Help maintain compliance calendars, checklists, and transaction timelines.
Provide execution support for M&A transactions, investments, reorganizations, and other strategic matters.
Coordinate due diligence processes, prepare ancillary documents, assist with data room management, and track transaction deliverables.
Review and manage basic commercial contracts and maintain an organized contract repository. Track renewals, maintain templates, and support process improvements for documentation flow.
Support with IPO process and assist senior members of the legal team on special initiatives and urgent legal tasks.

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate would possess:

A degree in Law from a recognized university.
3-5 years of experience, preferably from a capital‑markets team of a law firm
Strong grounding in corporate documentation, regulatory filings, and capital‑markets processes (DRHP exposure preferred).
Solid drafting skills, high attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment with operational responsibilities.
