Learning Facilitator

This is a full-time, remote role for a Learning Facilitator. The Learning Facilitator will manage online learning sessions, create engaging educational materials, and support students in achieving their learning objectives. Responsibilities include providing academic guidance, assessing learner performance, preparing relevant resources, and ensuring a high-quality student learning experience. Regular interaction with students, answering queries, and offering detailed feedback are key aspects of the role.

• Proficiency in curriculum design, lesson planning, and online teaching methods
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate learner progress effectively
• Experience with e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and digital tools
• Passion for training and inspiring learners of diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Training, or a related field
• Prior experience in online education or remote training roles is a plus
