Role Description

As a Field Sales Executive at Paytm, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by onboarding merchants onto the Paytm platform and promoting its innovative products and services. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting market visits, acquiring and maintaining relationships with local merchants, and providing them with training and support to maximize their use of our solutions. You will also gather market intelligence and provide feedback to improve our products and services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamnagar.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability in field sales, customer engagement, and relationship management
  • Basic knowledge of digital payment platforms and financial technology tools
  • Ability to analyze market trends and collect relevant feedback
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently to meet sales targets
  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
  • Previous sales experience, specifically in digital payments or fintech, is advantageous
