Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Operations professional to own the execution, piloting, and

productization of our learning and training systems.

This role sits at the intersection of curriculum, training, and product execution and is focused

on turning ideas into tested, usable, and scalable learning assets.

You will work closely with product and curriculum leadership to ensure learning initiatives

move from concept → pilot → iteration → documentation with speed and structure.

1. EdTech Experience

Have you worked in an EdTech company, learning platform, or digital education product

2. Learning Design Experience

Have you designed courses, training programs, or learning systems (not just content)

3. Fast & Structured

Can you execute quickly while maintaining structure (checklists, timelines, closure)

4. Pilot Ownership

Have you independently run pilots or test rollouts end-to-end

5. Highly Organized (Sheets-Heavy)

Are you very comfortable structuring work, feedback, and outcomes using tools like Google Sheets/Notion/Airtable, or similar systems

6. Structure from Chaos

Can you convert broken, messy feedback into clean, usable formats for decision-making

What You Will Do

Run curriculum and training pilots

Execute curriculum systems into pilot-ready formats

Build training assets without handholding (modules, SOPs, guides)

Maintain execution trackers and dashboards

Ensure work moves from idea → shipped → documented

Feedback is structured, decision-ready, and visible

Reduced execution dependency on product leadership
