Job Description

We are looking for an Intern to support the Total Rewards team across HCM updates, annual compensation cycles, budgeting, and day-to-day rewards operations.

What you'll do:

  • Support HCM transition
  • Document process maps
  • Maintain and validate rewards data in the HCM (e.g., Workday).
  • Support merit, promotion, and bonus cycle preparation, trackers, and validations
  • Assist in budgeting analysis, spend tracking, and compensation simulations.
  • Help with benchmarking, letters, and rewards documentation.
  • Manage trackers for exceptions, grants, and routine rewards queries.

What you'll learn:

  • End-to-end exposure to how compensation cycles are planned, budgeted, and executed.
  • Hands-on experience with rewards governance within an HCM system.
  • Practical understanding of compensation benchmarking, budgeting, and analytics.
  • Stakeholder coordination across HR, Finance, and Talent teams.

What you'll bring:

  • Pursuing B.Com, BBA, BA, or related degree.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis, modelling, and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, high ownership, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
  • Interest in Compensation & Total Rewards.
