We are looking for an Intern to support the Total Rewards team across HCM updates, annual compensation cycles, budgeting, and day-to-day rewards operations.
What you'll do:
- Support HCM transition
- Document process maps
- Maintain and validate rewards data in the HCM (e.g., Workday).
- Support merit, promotion, and bonus cycle preparation, trackers, and validations
- Assist in budgeting analysis, spend tracking, and compensation simulations.
- Help with benchmarking, letters, and rewards documentation.
- Manage trackers for exceptions, grants, and routine rewards queries.
What you'll learn:
- End-to-end exposure to how compensation cycles are planned, budgeted, and executed.
- Hands-on experience with rewards governance within an HCM system.
- Practical understanding of compensation benchmarking, budgeting, and analytics.
- Stakeholder coordination across HR, Finance, and Talent teams.
What you'll bring:
- Pursuing B.Com, BBA, BA, or related degree.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis, modelling, and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, high ownership, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
- Interest in Compensation & Total Rewards.
