About the RoleWe're looking for a Business Development Associate who's hungry, confident, and ready to be on the frontlines of growth.
This isn't a passive role, you'll be speaking to customers every day, pitching a cutting-edge AI product, and directly impacting revenue.

What Your Day Looks Like at Simora- Talk to inbound and outbound leads daily
- Make high-volume outbound calls and consistently follow up
- Convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities
- Understand customer needs and position our product as the solution
- Pitch and demo the product in a clear, engaging way
- Handle objections confidently and close conversations effectively
- Schedule demos or move strong leads forward to the founders/ Business Executives
- Track conversations, leads, and follow-ups diligently
- Continuously improve your pitch, scripts, and conversion approach
- Work towards daily/weekly targets and see your impact directly
What We're Looking For- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Confidence in speaking with new people and handling objections
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
- High energy, consistency, and willingness to learn
Qualifications
- 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Comfortable working from the office (Church Street, Bangalore)
Technical & Domain Understanding- Basic understanding of technology, SaaS products, or AI tools
- Ability to quickly learn and explain a tech product to clients
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, CRM tools, etc.
Bonus Points If You Have - Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in outbound calling / lead generation
- Exposure to startups or SaaS environments
