You take the lead for delivery of global leadership development offerings with end-to-end responsibility for programme management including design and delivery at scale in partnership with the external design partners and internal stakeholders.
You monitor and evaluation programme participation and effectiveness, ensuring financial and operational efficiency of initiatives and adherence to our internal processes (vendor management, budget, BoW management, coordination with the programme enablement teams).
. You will build relationship with stakeholders including T&D, HR and the business, and contribute to regional T&D and HR projects as a leadership SME.
You support clients on 1:1 career development interventions where required for key talent segments using standard tools and interventions with a particular focus on diverse talent segments. As a team player you contribute to the GLSD team by using outside in views / theoretical knowledge, working in flexible project teams/squads, collaborating internationally and across locations and being flexible enough to manage unexpected additional workload or changes of priority.
