Job description

• Bachelor s degree
• 12+ years of product or project development experience would be advantageous
• Strong facilitation techniques
• Ability to build and lead Squads in a matrix
• Promotes Agile values and principles
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
• Knowledge of an Agile framework (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), an in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles would be an advantage
