Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a critical role in our organization's recruitment efforts. Your expertise and experience in talent acquisition will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and attracting top-quality candidates to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies and processes to meet our hiring needs.

In this role, you will lead the sourcing of candidates from various channels such as Job Portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. You will conduct thorough screenings and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for our organization. Your excellent judgment and ability to evaluate candidates skills and qualifications against our requirements will contribute to our success in building a high-performing team.

As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes coordinating and scheduling interviews, conducting interviews yourself, and collaborating with hiring managers to make informed decisions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

You will leverage your strong communication skills to engage with candidates effectively and build relationships. Your ability to communicate our organization's values, culture, and opportunities will help attract and convince candidates to join us. Additionally, your negotiation skills will be valuable in managing offers and closing candidates successfully.

To excel in this position, you should bring a proven track record in talent acquisition, preferably with experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role. Your knowledge of sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and industry best practices will enable you to implement effective recruitment initiatives. An MBA or equivalent education will be preferred, along with a genuine passion for the field of recruitment and talent acquisition.

You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Your adaptability and flexibility will be essential as you navigate changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills will enable you to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Following are high level responsibilities that you will play but not limited to:

• Source resumes from Job Portals, LinkedIn and other channels for the requirements

• Screen the candidates as per the given requirement.

• Submit the resumes of the candidates for Internal and External review as instructed by the supervisor.

• Schedule telephonic discussion and in-person meetings for candidates shortlisted by the internal supervisor / client manager.

• Connect with the candidate to ensure that scheduled meetings happen on time and if there is a delay keep all the concerned parties informed.

• Submit a daily, weekly and monthly tracker as per the format suggested by the internal supervisor and the external client manager.

• Ensure that offer letters are released on time and keep in regular touch with the candidates till they join the required organization.

• Build a database of candidates with the relevant information (Name, contact info, skill sets, education, experience etc.) on a regular basis and share that with the internal supervisor.

• Strong Negotiating Skills with Go Getter attitude and ability to work under pressure

• Education : MBA

• 7+ years of experience ( minimum 2 years in lead role)
