Role Overview
We are looking for a
Human Resources Lead to take complete ownership of the HR function at Techdome. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with the founders to build, scale, and optimize people operations in a fast-growing environment.
You will be responsible for shaping HR strategy, driving hiring, strengthening culture, and ensuring operational excellence across all HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Hiring: Own end-to-end recruitment across tech and non-tech roles
- HR Strategy & Execution: Design and implement HR policies, processes, and frameworks aligned with business goals
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage onboarding, engagement, performance management, and offboarding
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliance, and internal policies
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Build a high-performance, transparent, and growth-driven work culture
- Performance Management: Drive probation reviews, PIP processes, and performance frameworks
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits design, and compensation structuring
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with founders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
- Proven experience in independently managing end-to-end HR functions
- Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels (engineers, leadership, vendors)
- Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setup
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR (optional but preferred)
- Exposure to multiple industries is an added advantage
