Job Title: Sr Business Development Executive

Location: Hyderabad India

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our IT services portfolio.

Role Overview

  • The Business Development Executive will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone proactive, target-driven, and passionate about IT services and technology solutions.

Role & responsibilities

  • Research target industries and decision-makers using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Apollo, etc.
  • Build prospect lists and assist in cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • Make cold calls to introduce services and schedule meetings.
  • Support the Business Development Lead in nurturing client relationships.
  • Maintain lead data in CRM and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 8-9 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or cold calling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English must be good)
  • Familiar with LinkedIn, email tools, and basic CRM usage.
  • Quick learner, proactive, and comfortable with target-driven work
  • B2B sales exposure preferred but not mandatory.
