Role Overview
- The Business Development Executive will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone proactive, target-driven, and passionate about IT services and technology solutions.
Role & responsibilities
- Research target industries and decision-makers using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Apollo, etc.
- Build prospect lists and assist in cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Make cold calls to introduce services and schedule meetings.
- Support the Business Development Lead in nurturing client relationships.
- Maintain lead data in CRM and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Preferred candidate profile
- 8-9 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or cold calling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English must be good)
- Familiar with LinkedIn, email tools, and basic CRM usage.
- Quick learner, proactive, and comfortable with target-driven work
- B2B sales exposure preferred but not mandatory.
