Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Consulting & Advisory:

  • Partner with hiring managers to conduct recruitment strategy meetings, analyze hiring needs, define job requirements, and craft customized recruitment plans.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and industry hiring trends.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, guiding hiring managers on interviewing best practices, inclusive hiring strategies, candidate experience standards, and assessment tools.
  • Align recruitment efforts with workforce planning, strategic TA initiatives, and business priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, HR, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and proactive communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Candidate Sourcing, Attraction & Engagement:

  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify active and passive talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to reduce time-to-find and time-to-accept.
  • Leverage employer branding and recruitment marketing to attract talent, including creating compelling job descriptions and optimizing job postings.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and engagement at every stage.

End-to-End Recruitment Management:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct structured interviews and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and culture fit.
  • Facilitate hiring manager debrief sessions and provide structured feedback to support data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating compensation packages in partnership with HR, Total Rewards, and Hiring Managers.

Data-Driven Recruitment & Compliance:

  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-find, time-to-accept, candidate experience scores) to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Utilize labor market data and talent analytics to refine sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with global hiring policies, DEI standards, and local employment laws.
  • Stay updated on recruitment best practices, technology advancements, and innovative hiring trends.

Process Adherence & Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM platforms.
  • Follow recruitment process standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and data integrity.

Specialized Responsibilities (Corporate/Professional Hiring):

  • Focus on hiring for corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, R&D, and other business roles.
  • Source specialized talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional associations, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Manage longer-cycle, strategic hiring with structured interviews and leadership engagement.
  • Provide data-driven insights and talent intelligence to support workforce planning.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong knowledge of talent assessment methodologies and interviewing techniques (behavioral, competency-based).
  • Experience with recruitment marketing across multiple channels (social media, job boards).
  • Proficiency with ATS, recruiting technologies, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and solve recruitment-related problems effectively.
