Business Setup – Identifying and establishing Dealership, empanelment, management & monitoring
Conceptualisation of New schemes – Preparation of Product Notes, Presentations, liaising with partners, IT developments, implementation of products within desired timelines.
Achievement of Business Targets (Sales + Collections) for inventory funding and any other Product that the company may enter into – proper planning of targets for the month & year, publishing of relevant MIS's, ensuring income & expenditure according to budget.
To manage the P&L of the product – and ensuring adherence to the budgeted ROA
Regular Product Health check and identifying the drivers and draggers for smooth and sustained Business growth.
To develop special products & programs based on market requirements in close co-ordination with Sales Team. This will be at Pan India level, with regional flavours as required
End to end co-ordination with the teams, Credit Teams, Operation Teams, Product Teams for sourcing of leads, improvement of existing processes, disbursements, customer approvals, clearing of discrepancies.
To identify process gaps and suggest new processes / process changes & enablers. To suggest best solution for businesses
